The property was fantastic, the staff was incredibly caring, and the food was absolutely delicious. A few exceptional individuals made our stay truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Prabhu welcomed us warmly at the porch, while Kishan, Abhinay, and Pema ensured a wonderful reception. Our dinner at Mynt was a delightful experience, thanks to Mr. Subrata, Suren, Anisur, Prem, Manjur and Prajwal , who made us feel right at home. A special thanks to Chef Subhash, Chef Daya, and Amiya for serving us such delicious meals. The next morning, Akriti and Anmol greeted us with warmth at breakfast, adding to our pleasant experience. For a quick spa session, Durga did an excellent job, relieving my pain with her expert touch. Housekeeping’s Nandan and his team, including Srijana and Madhu, beautifully decorated our room, making our stay even more special. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Gaurav Sharma, the Hotel Manager, for his exceptional hospitality and for ensuring we felt at home throughout our stay.

Anisar was very warm and cordial and served us well. The stay was wonderful and the staff were very professional. It was my first date with my girlfriend and it couldn't have been better. The food was amazing, both during the dinner and breakfast. The french toast served to us was one of the best I have ever had.

We had a really fantastic stay am short of words to describe the superlative service we received from each and every member who we interacted with, everyone was extremely courteous, our group doesn't remember hearing a 'NO' for anything we requested, rooms were very nice with the courtyard in front made it so lovely, the food was delicious and we really appreciate the extra effort done by you and the team to lay the bonfire and the dinner table in the open overlooking the valley and serve us hot food in the cold Gaurav Suren Kishan Are just names I remember ..there were so many we don't remember names of.. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality

Off beat location, located far from city centre, you have to travel minimum 1 hour to reach any location, roads are worst part. Food was ok ok and very limited menu. Pool is outdoor and temperature controlled but they are doing cost cutting by swithcing off the heated feature. Did not recommend any one to go there. Total Waste of your precious vacation time.

I am stunned by the experience I had last weekend at the Pakyong. The hospitality level at this hotel is something else which you can definitely not find anywhere else in the word and i mean it. I should start by saying the location is one of the most prettiest sites and the service from the beginning (I mean the experience of just speaking to sales person) until I left the property was just fabulous. I would specifically like to point out 2 gentlemen of this hotel which I think are the best when it comes to being service oriented. The names were Mr Kishan from sales and Ms Anmol from FnB. I cannot begin to explain how they treated me and my entire family during this trip. That is the personalized service I am talking about which you can only find in youngsters like these two. Well Prantha was so kind, friendly and professional all at the same time. He remembered us by our names, recommended us the best of the best drinks and food, also remembered what I liked the day before. *** I really appreciate it!! These people definitely deserve all the promotions and raises in the world just because they love their jobs and it shows in their work. I am an aggressive business traveler and love vacation spots every now and then with my family. Probably have traveled most of the countries but you really do not see the level of hospitality provided here The rooms are over looking beautiful valley and the beds are so comfortable that it was just a heavenly feeling which cannot be described but felt. The food and beverage as mentioned before makes me want to say this is one of the best hotels I have ever been to (I've been to thousands around the world). But this site is best. I also wanted to thank Durga, Mr. Krishan, Pema, Durga, Veronica,Prantha, Srijana and bejay,Pubyang and Amar. Especially Mingma . I will be back soon! Again, Thank you for a lovely experience!

Very caring and warm staff always ready for taking great care. Very delicious food. A lot of menu choices- Local, National and International . Pleasing ambience in the restaurant Mynt. Kishen and his team and Chef Ms. Parvati and restaurant staff Prem, Anmol and Anisur were outstanding
